18th Sep 2019. The bitter truth of the education scenario in government schools is that students are motivated more towards textbook based learning. Hardly any effort is put to encourage the students to read about current affairs. Taking account of this gap HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar together with Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organized a General Knowledge Quiz in U.P.S Maharajpur. The purpose behind organizing the event is to draw students attention on the world around them. To make the session interesting first a game was played which made the students ready for the quiz .The quiz session was held in such a manner that it was boys v/s girls. This made the session lively and entertaining. After the session ended chocolates were distributed among students.

19th Sep 2019. HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar together with Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organized General Knowledge Quiz in one of the Muskaan School . The motive behind the event is to draw children's attention to the world beyond their text book. Due to lack of awareness and encouragement among the students, they limit themselves only to their prescribed books. Hence the event was held to let children know of the world around them- the glory the victories have brought and the setbacks faced by men in their struggle. The session was made interactive by starting off with games and then moving on to the quiz segment. After the session ended chocolates were distributed among all students.

16th Sep 2019. For the month of September HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar together with Jubliant Bhartia Foundation organized a General Knowledge Quiz in U.P.S Maharajpur. The event was organized with the purpose of making the students aware that they need to explore the world outside their text book. The session was started with a listening game to make students eager and attentive followed by quiz where the group was divided into boys and girls to make it more interesting. The boys group won with a large number of rewards. The event ended with a simple question for the students who were able to answer. How did they know? The reply was that they read newspaper or watch news. On that note the students were explained how and why it is important and the need of the hour to explore outside the prescribed syllabus. The ending was done on a happy note with chocolates being distributed to all students.

13th Sep 2019. HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar together with Jubliant Bhartia Foundation organized a General Knowledge Quiz in G.P.S Gaughat. The event was organized with the purpose of making the students realize the gap in their knowledge about current affairs. The event kicked off with games which lifted the students spirit and made them ready and attentive for the questions to come. The quiz was conducted more like games where students enjoyed and were always on their toes to answer the next question. The day ended with the emphasis on the need to study and know the world outside the text-book. Chocolates were distributed to all students.

11th Sep 2019. It is an undeniable truth that knowledge of current affairs often lives in the shadow of the syllabus that is laid out by the school authorities. This affects the students, limiting their knowledge of the world around them. Taking note of this gap, HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd. Pantnagar together with Jubliant Bhartia Foundation organized a General Knowledge Quiz in one of the Muskaan Schools. The session held was not the usual question and answer session. The event started with a small round of games which lifted the students spirit and made them ready for questions. A round of back to back question took place with the right answer getting a reward. At last the event ended with a quick game . After this each student had to tell what they learned from the activity in one or two lines. At the end chocolates were distributed among the students and importance of general knowledge was stressed.
